    • Gift vouchers can be used within 2 years from purchasing date.
    • Be sure to bring the QR code (or QR codes) received in the confirmation with you when you come to our park!
    • The gift voucher can only be redeemed for the quantity and type of tickets specified in the voucher. A voucher can be used once, its contents cannot be splited.
    • Our vouchers can be used on weekdays and weekends, during opening hours. We will not be able to refund any difference in value. Please take this into account when redeeming!
    • There is no childcare at Elevenpark. All visitors - including accompanying adults - are required to buy tickets. If the purchased gift voucher does not include a ticket for all visitors, it can be purchased on site.
    • Our gift vouchers can also be purchased on site.
